DESCRIPTION: Smart Check™ Myoglobin Test is an immunochromatography based one step in vitro test. It is designed for qualitative determination of myoglobin in whole blood/serum specimens. It can detect the presence of myoglobin in serum, whole blood or plasma specimens at level 100 ng/ml or higher.
SENSIVITY/SPECIFICITY: Smart Check/Strip™ Myoglobin Test can detect myoglobin with concentration of 100 ng/ml or greater. Interference Testing: The following substances were added to myoglobin negative and 100-ng/ml myoglobin-spiked samples. No interference was found with any of the substances at the following concentrations:

TROPONIN I

DESCRIPTION: Smart Check™ Troponin I test is an immunochromatography based one step in vitro test. It is designed for qualitative determination of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) in human whole blood/serum specimens as an aid in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Smart Check Troponin I is designed to yield a positive result for cTnI concentrations at 1.0 ng/ml or greater.
SENSIVITY/SPECIFICITY: : Sensitivity: Smart Check™ Troponin I test can detect cTnI with concentration ≥ 1.0 ng/ml. Interference Testing: The following substances do not interfere with the determination of cardiac troponin I at the following concentrations:

Bilirubin 10 mg/dl

Cholesterol 800 mg/dl

Hemoglobin 250 mg/dl

Triglyceride 1250 mg/dl
